- 一般白飯
- 兩隻雞蛋
- 一大嚿牛油 (要真係夠大嚿
- generous amounts of 橄欖油
- 生抽少量
- 辣椒醬
- 用厚底不銹鋼煲
- 加入白飯加入牛油橄欖油生抽
- 撈渾
- 開火,稍為提升煲內食材溫度,唔使太熱
- 加入打好嘅雞蛋
- 撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈
- 啲雞蛋要去到啱啱 not quite yet scrambled, somewhat custardy 嘅狀態
- 離火撈多幾秒
食得。
(我手頭上冇葱,我估適當時候加少少 chopped chives 會更好味)
