雞蛋撈飯

Risotto fusion. Vegan. Feels like Risotto. 感覺完全唔係中國菜式,不過真係雞蛋撈飯嚟

  1. 用厚底不銹鋼煲
  2. 加入白飯加入牛油橄欖油生抽
  3. 撈渾
  4. 開火,稍為提升煲內食材溫度,唔使太熱
  5. 加入打好嘅雞蛋
  6. 撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈撈
  7. 啲雞蛋要去到啱啱 not quite yet scrambled, somewhat custardy 嘅狀態
  8. 離火撈多幾秒

食得。

(我手頭上冇葱,我估適當時候加少少 chopped chives 會更好味)
